'Game Of Thrones' Season 7 News & Update: Is Bran Stark The Key To The Iron Throne?

Ever since the first season of "Game of Thrones," the Starks have been the focal point of the series and you could really tell that these kids will be playing an important role in the War for the Iron Throne. Each Stark has a particular role to play, and despite how Bran Stark has been absent or not getting much action in the recent episodes so far, there is a big possibility that he will be the one reigning supreme at the end of the day.

Bran Stark has the ability to enter the minds of animals and people. This is called warging and people who can do this are called Wargs. Bran Stark may not be able to walk, but he can warg into people's minds and control them for some time.

In so far as Bran is concerned, he is the chosen one by the three-eyed raven, and he will continue growing on with his powers as we might expect from Season 7 of "Game of Thrones." We have already seen the heritage of Jon Snow, and the rightful claim of Daenerys Targaryen, but Bran Stark will be the one who changes the game and claims victory when all is said and done.

iDigital Times suggests that Bran Stark may end up sharing his visions to his siblings Jon and Sansa as Kit Harrington, Isaac Hempstead Wright, and Sophie Turner have been spotted at Belfast near the woods where they are supposedly filming their scene - possibly near the Wall.

Meanwhile, Inquisitr has been largely optimistic on Bran's role especially considering how he managed to change a bit of the past when he warged into Hodor. They suggest that there may be more to Bran's abilities than what has been revealed thus far especially how Bran has been able to see the future as well.

While Daenerys may be able to control her dragons, Bran has the ability to be the dragon itself as he wargs into those dragons and possibly obliterate anyone else who dares stand on their way. Further, Bran is, perhaps, the biggest asset and the only one who probably knows how to defeat the other enemy - the White Walkers.

After all that is said and done, Bran Stark will definitely play a huge role in season 7 of "Game of Thrones," and whoever gets to the Iron Throne first may it be Cersei, Daenerys, or Jon, Bran Stark will play a pivotal role towards their success.
