NBA Trade Rumors: Chicago Bulls And Indiana Pacers To Swap Paul George And Jimmy Butler?

NBA fans are already very excited for the new NBA season. According to the recent NBA trade buzz, Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacers might swap their veteran players Jimmy Butler and Paul George.

Jimmy Butler and Paul George are among the most popular players on their respective teams. However, according to NBA trade rumors, both might find a new home court this season.

Sports Rageous reported that Chicago Bulls are in disarray after two losses in the preseason. Bulls acquired Dwyane Wade this season but it seems that they still need to upgrade their roster if they want to progress in the NBA playoffs.

The reports have it that Chicago Bulls could overhaul their lineup by acquiring Indiana Pacers' Paul George. However, Bulls have to let go three of their players to have Pacers' three-time NBA All-Star.

If Bulls is desperate to have Paul George, they can send Doug McDermott, Denzel Valentine, Jimmy Butler and a first-rounder draft next year to Pacers. Per the report, this trade is an even deal.

Jimmy Butler will be a great addition to the already strong roster of Indiana Pacers. Butler could provide Pacers its leadership skills. Meanwhile, Denzel Valentine and Doug McDermott can add versatility to the team.

As for Chicago Bulls, Inquisitr suggested that they could have a starting lineup of Rajon Rondo, Dwayne Wade, Taj Gibson, Robin Lopez and Paul George. George can provide the team a reliable defense on the court.

However, it is still unconfirmed if Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacer are really into this trade. For Pacers, it can't be denied that Paul George did well for the team. He averaged 23.1 points, 4.1 assists and 7 rebounds in the last NBA season.

Meanwhile, everyone knows that Jimmy Butler is Chicago Bulls new star following Derrick Rose multiple injuries last season. Butler has a strong scoring ability. He averaged 20.9 points, 4.8 assists and 5.3 TRB.

What do you think of this trade, will Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacers push this? Will swapping Jimmy Butler and Paul George benefit both teams? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
