Golden State Warriors Rumors: Kevin Durant Not Performing Well? Curry, Green Wants Player To Be More Aggressive Or They Won't Beat Cavaliers

Kevin Durant is seen as a valuable additional to the Golden State Warriors but it has been rumored as of late that he is not doing well alongside Draymond Green and Stephen Curry. Accordingly, the two Golden State Warriors players have advised Durant to be more aggressive or they will not be winning against Cleveland Cavaliers again for the 2016-2017 NBA championship.

Durant was the most sought-after NBA player in the free agency during the 2016-2017 offseason and only six teams were able to talk to him. Golden State Warriors was the lucky team that was able to acquire him but many are saying that he is not performing as well as he did when he was still with the Oklahoma City Thunders.

The 28-year-old small forward is reportedly upsetting both Curry and Green despite his drive of wanting to win his first NBA championship title. It was noticeable that the first pre-season game of Durant with the Golden State Warriors was not at all smooth. The team went against the Toronto Raptors as he only scored nine points, Sportsrageous reported.

In a recent interview, Curry joked that he does not like Durant and many believed that he meant what he said especially because he has to adjust when it comes to offense after Durant was added to the Golden State Warriors. Green also made five shots in the last game against Sacramento Kings and he believes that Durant should be more aggressive when shooting.

Durant said regarding his performance in the latest pre-season games of the Golden State Warriors, "There's a couple shots that I passed up, but for the most part I just try to be efficient with the shots that I do get. I just hate when I make silly turnovers."

Morning Ledger also reported that Curry reportedly believes they will not be able to beat Cleveland Cavaliers this year once again even with the addition of Durant in their team. Despite Golden State Warriors being branded as the strongest roster for the 2016-2017 NBA Season, they still had to let a lot of great players go just to get Durant.

Do you think Durant will play better in the coming games of Golden State Warriors? Do you believe Golden State Warriors will not beat Cleveland Cavaliers for the 2016-2017 NBA season? Let us know your thoughts!
