No Prosecution For Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Doesn’t Want Him To Be Prosecuted Anyway

Brad Pitt is not facing any prosecution for the alleged child abuse complaint as FBI closes the case. There is actually no case to close because there is nothing against the 52-year old actor when it comes to the issue of being a father to his six kids.

Pitt, who opened up for the first time about his feelings regarding the issues almost three weeks ago, is focusing on the well-being of the 6 kids, according to a report from People Magazine. Unfortunately, the "Fury" actor is very saddened by the separation.

The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services had an investigation on Pitt, based on the allegations pointing that he struck his 15-year-old son on a private jet. The LAPD was notified and later handed the matter over to the FBI.

FBI has never opened an investigation and the matter is said not to be referred to the agency, TMZ reports. The Bureau's official is not investigating but in a process of fact-gathering. They also see that the case is not going anywhere.

Reports say that Maddox has no injuries at all and that some witnesses on the jet say that Brad Pitt's contact with the young boy was unintended, the publication added. When Angelina Jolie was asked about it, it was reported that she actually did not want her estranged husband Brad to be prosecuted.

Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt citing irreconcilable differences. She said that the decision was made on regard to the health of the family. She actually asked for privacy during this difficult time although that seems impossible putting their status in the entertainment business on high regard.

Brangelina fans are still hurting for the breakup of their 2-year old couple. Nonetheless, everything is temporary. On the other hand, fans of Pitt's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston are set on passion to defend their favorite actress by throwing off jokes about the split, as per USA Today.
