'Outlander' Season 3 News: Lauren Lyle Joins Cast As Marsali; Sneak Peak Photos Available!

We are only a few months away from the release of "Outlander" Season 3 and everyone is already very excited. The hype about the new "Outlander" season continues to grow as the "Outlander" production cast Marsali, one of the key figures in the books.

Per Blastr, Marsali is introduced in the third book "Voyager," where "Outlander" Season 3 is based. Since then, Marsali's character has been a regular in the "Outlander" series.

According to Starz's official description of the new "Outlander" character, Marsali is the 18-year-old daughter of Laoghaire. She is as lovely as her mom when she is introduced in the first "Outlander" season.

However, unlike her mother, Marsali is rebellious and romantic. She chases anything she wants and you will see this in "Outlander."

Claire and Jaime's reunion is one of the anticipated events in "Outlander" Season 3. Reports are rife that Claire will go back in time when she meets Jaime. This "Outlander" speculation follows Diana Gabadlon's book "Voyager."

Claire and Jaime's reunion in "Outlander" will be passionate. It will show the audience how the pair explores the aftermath of Jacobite uprising and travel to Jamaica together.

However, Claire and Jaime's reunion in "Outlander" Season 3 will not be featured on the early part of the season. According to "Outlander" spoilers Claire will reunite with her husband Frank but she's already pregnant with Jaime's child. Later on, she will learned that Jaime did not die in the Battle of Culloden.

Also, there are rumors that a Southern girl will come in between Claire and Jaime in "Outlander" Season 3. However, this remains pure speculation as some linked this to Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan failed relationship.

The "Outlander" showrunner Ronald D. Moore teases that the upcoming season is very exciting. According to him, "Outlander" Season 3 is "a big, new, brand-new season," Gold Derby reported.
