Bryan Craig finally broke his silence as he opens up as to why he left "General Hospital." Bryan Craig ended his contract with the well-loved series after three years to venture on other projects.

Bryan Craig broke the hearts of his fans as he finally bid goodbye to his role for "General Hospital." The series ended with a cliffhanger as it ended with Morgan being caught in a coalition which "potentially killed" Morgan. Though it was established that the car crashed, it was not revealed as to where the body could be.

Fans are still left with a glimmer of hope as the body disappeared, but Bryan Craig himself opened up stating they he'll finally leave "General Hospital." His exit left fans wondering as to what could have possibly caused him to end his contract with "General Hospital."

Bryan Craig finally broke his silence and explained the reason behind his "General Hospital" exit. During his exclusive interview with Soap Opera Digest, Bryan Craig opened up stating that he and his manager have finally decided to cut their ties with the "General Hospital" series.

"It's really hard to schedule anything when you're at GH under contract," Bryan Craig said during his interview. "There had been some projects that I had gotten close on - and some things that I wasn't even able to give a shot because of the scheduling [challenges]. My manager and I just wanted to free ourselves up and see what came through. Giving up your weekly paycheck is always a scary thing."

Bryan Craig gracefully ended his contract with "General Hospital" as he wanted to engage in other projects and explore his acting career. As his exit from "General Hospital" was finalized, SheKnows mentioned that Bryan Craig landed himself a new film role as he expands his career.

Bryan Craig landed a new film role, "Ride," which is he managed to have a new look, which is far from his "General Hospital" character. There are no updates as to when "Ride" would hit the screens as it is still a work in progress.
