JR Smith Is Back In Cavaliers; LeBron James And The Cavs Are Now Ready To Defend Their NBA Title

It's been a long NBA off-season for JR Smith and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Finally, both parties agreed to a $57 million 4-year deal. JR Smith will now continue to be a part of the Cavaliers roster to defend their NBA title.

The ESPN confirmed that JR Smith finally agreed to the Cavaliers best offer, which is $57 million for 4 years. Marc Stein of the ESPN mentioned that though it will be a 4-year deal, the 4th year needs to be watched out, due to the fact that it is not guaranteed. The Cleveland Cavaliers are really concerned about their security, considering the age and capabilities of their players.

With JR Smith back in the Cavaliers lineup, LeBron James could now be smiling as his best wingman won't go anywhere. LeBron James and the Cavaliers is now equipped and ready to defend their title, especially from the downtown bombers, Golden State Warriors.

With or without JR Smith, the Cavaliers are still the fan favorite in the Eastern Conference. Now that J.R. Smith's return is confirmed, they are now likely to be the fan favorite to win the back-2-back title.
