Moto Z, Moto Z Play Review: Motorola Comes Through With Moto Mods

Motorola is back! With newer solutions to offer for every smartphone user, the Moto Z family has expanded to feature better, more radical, and highly innovative models under the Motorola Mobility wireless division.

Although Motorola Mobility has been under Lenovo's wing since 2014, changes have been vital to producing mass-marketable gadgets to keep up with society's smartphone needs. According to Gadgets360, the Moto Z series (previously called Moto X) now has a more recognizable showcase of accessories designed to delight smartphone enthusiasts.

Moto Z's New Look And Snappy Features

Not just a combination of high-grade metal and glass, the Moto Z makes up for its long-standing branded look with the camera and flash in front, together with the standard audiojack and touch screen technology on its surface. The Moto Z may seem a bit underwhelmed by its core competitors, namely Apple's iPhone line and Samsung's S series, however, the new Moto Z series has a few surprises of its own that would make gadget lovers take another look at it, in related Yahoo! news.

The Moto Z's body is encased in a metal frame finish, with the fingerprint sensor serving to lock and unlock the main screen (which also doubles as its navigation menu). The rear facade of the Moto Z is, however, quite a surprise as if Moto Mobility has packed all the other fun stuff into it.

Overall, the Moto Z is thinner compared to other high-end smartphones, like the Moto Z Play Droid (156.4 x 76.4 x 6.99 mm). It does have a dual-LED flash bit installed, and if one looks lower on the back - there's that streamlined strip of magnetic contact points which allows any Moto Z user to transform the unit into a projector screen or a JBL Soundboost speaker.

Remember that promotional ad with the zombies for the Moto Mods via Youtube? It sure worked with just a snap.
