New Zodiac Signs 2016 Update: NASA's Reason For Changing The Zodiac Sign Unveiled! Did They Do The Right Calculation? Astrologers Upset?

The people are frantic when they learned about the new 13 zodiac signs that NASA announces. Some are happy but most are not. In fact, many are doubtful about the new zodiac sign. Is the report true or another science hoax report? Did NASA really claim that there are now 13 zodiac signs?

According to NASA SpacePlace, there are already 13 constellations in the zodiac way back. In fact, other cultures recognize as many as 24 constellations in the zodiac. However, per NASA the Babylonians opted for 12 zodiac signs and left Ophiuchus. This resulted in the 12 zodiac signs, which makes the 13th zodiac signs, Ophiuchus somehow controversial after being not in the picture for over 3,000 years.

We also learned that Ophiuchus, the 13th zodiac sign should have been added since 1970 after Stephen Schmidt proposed for it. However, since the nature of the report is quite controversial and might stir the public, they opted to just continue the 12 zodiac signs.

However, this controversial 13 zodiac signs report comes to life again after NASA announced that Ophiuchus should be included in the list along with Scorpio, Aquarius, Libra, Capricorn and more. "We didn't change any zodiac signs, we [just] did the math," said Laurie Cantillo to BBC News.

Now, the question is, did NASA make a good calculation? Zodiac signs are linked to Astronomy's horoscope and many are already settled with their current zodiac sign. They feel that they can relate to it. However, adding the NASA's 13th zodiac sign, Ophiuchus messed everything up. With 13 zodiac signs on the chart, no one is retaining his old zodiac sign.

British astrologer Steve Judd also questioned NASA's new 13 zodiac signs. The popular astrologer with over 3,000 clients worldwide said that he is not changing his ways despite the reports of the new 13 zodiac signs. His clients are happy with his service and they even return to him annually.

"This is just another attempt by scientists to discredit astrology," Steve Judd told Lifestyle magazine. A number of astrologers are upset with the NASA's new 13 zodiac signs. However, for NASA, astrology is not science, so the astrologers' complaint will not matter.
