Major League Baseball News & Updates: How To Watch MLB Without Cable; Options To Not Miss Out On The Action

The Major League Baseball is one of the trending leagues for baseball fans especially when the MLB playoff series kicked hard in October. Every season, the league always carries new twisting and exhilarating moments that a true fan of baseball should not and can't be missing in all the exciting games.

But when it comes to the options for watching the league, the MLB isn't exactly known for making it simple to stare at this baseball game without cable in the house. A couple of blackouts persisted to making things tricky and even render the MLB's own streaming service sometimes useless except a fan who only care about go out for market games.

But today, here are some options for the baseball lovers to watch the MLB without any cable in your bills.

Sling TV

First is Sling TV. Tech hive revealed that Sling TV is the single best option for watching the postseason MLB league without any cable subscription. In fact, the fans can access a significant amount of games for what they usually pay for a couple of beers at the ballpark. Start with this guide to Sling's entire channel lineup.

An antenna is needed to pull in a Fox affiliate and add ESPN and TBS to the channel lineup by subscribing to Sling Orange in Sling's base package for $20 a month. This will get the AL Wild Card game which will air on ESPN and the entirety of the ALDS and the ALCS carried exclusively by TBS.

To add NLCS game coverage that airs on FS1, simply upgrade to the Sling Blue package for $5 more per month. These will definitely be the best options to carry the entire MLB postseason from the opening pitch to the last out minus in the handful of games that air on the cable-only MLB Network.

PlayStation Vue

Second is the PlayStation Vue. Like the Sling TV, the PlayStation Vue will live stream all the channels that you required for the MLB playoffs. It also included a FOX live stream in selected markets. The Vue package will also cost for over $40 per month. On the other hand, if you're in a FOX live stream market, you will probably get charged for $10 per month for local streams as stated in Mother Board.

PlayStation Vue has added sports channels more than any other Internet Pay TV service, which includes all of the Fox and CSN regional sports networks, ESPN, FS1, and TBS.

Antenna

If you are not fascinated in paying to stream and you can hold out until the last two rounds of the playoffs, there's no need to. According to CBSSports.com, the American League and National League Championship Series along with the World Series will be on the FOX TV.

If that being the case, these should be able to pick up all the games with a simple over the antenna. But it also means on the other hand that you have to watch them live as they air except you have an OTA DVR
