'The Flash' Season 3: From "Magenta" To "New Rogues": Rise Of The New Metahumans; Violett Beane Debuts As Jesse Quick

Talking about "The Flash" season 3's newest superhero, Jesse Quick, who now joins Barry's team in facing supervillains on primetime TV. Together with the rest of them metahumans, Quick and "The Flash" are among those who have joined forces, just like Superman and Supergirl.

Playing Jesse Quick in "The Flash", actress Violett Beane (The Leftovers) recently shared her experiences in regard to her upgraded role in the popular TV series. Since garnering praise from her performance in the HBO series, Beane now enjoys playing a superhero character in "The Flash" with a costume to match, says IGN.

Here's the shortest recap of the transition that happened with Jessie Quick revealing her new metahuman powers, to her fighting alongside Barry in "The Flash":

Frankie Kane ,now reverting to her evil alter-ego Magenta, removes her abusive foster father from her tormented life (courtesy of Doctor Alchemy). Of course, "The Flash" got left with less choice of being unable to convince her to become another superhero and had to put her down with Jesse Quick's (Violett Beane) help.

Forward to "New Rogues" which aired a few hours ago in "The Flash", new villains in retro costumes Mirror Master and Top (played by Grey Damon and Ashley Rickards, respectively) venture out to inflict crime in Central City. And another metahuman also followed suit, Captain Cold (played by Wentworth Miller), in a related Comicbook post.

What followed next was the cat-and-mouse game between the "New Rogues" and the teamed up heroics of Jesse Quick and "The Flash". Not to forget the creative antics of the rest of the members, as well as the visibly-hidden romance between Joe's daughter Iris and Barry plus Jesse's affections towards Wally (which were reciprocated towards the end, by the way).

The good guys won and Earth-1 and Earth-2 are safe, for the meantime. Tune in for more updates and sneak peeks as "The Flash" next episode is set to air November 1st, titled "Monster". Who knows, there could be new leaks to the "The Flash" new story line before then!
