'Iron Man 4' Shelved For New Robert Downey Jr. Project? Tony Stark Death Rumors Resurface

"Iron Man 4" rumors continue to spread online. With Marvel and Robert Downey Jr. keeping mum about the rumored 4th installment, fans are still left in the dark when it comes to the fate of the MCU flick.

Although RDJ in "Iron Man 4" is a dream, Marvel Studios has yet to announce whether that dream will turn into reality. Previous "Iron Man 4" rumors have started to lean on the negative side of things, claiming that the lead actor might actually be killed off so he can be replaced with a younger character that will don the Iron Man suit.

Talks are heavy online that RDJ and Marvel are having problems agreeing on the actor's pay. As sources claimed, RDJ is the highest paid actor on the roster, and Marvel is not sure whether they can still pay him for another standalone movie.

While "Iron Man 4" rumors continue to circulate, it seems that RDJ has started to look for more projects outside the MCU. Should "Iron Man 4" not materialize, recent reports claim that the actor could be Mark Zuckerberg's main man for his AI plan.

As The Verge noted, the Facebook founder is looking for a voice behind a personal undertaking. While the public offered a lot of suggestions, RDJ quickly stepped up to the plate and offered his services. It's still not sure if Zuckerbeg and Downey Jr. will continue with their plans, but their exchange on the social media site was a site to behold.
