Teen Girl Is Charged As An Adult After Murdering Her Stepmom; Girl's Father Want Her To Get What She Deserves

A teenage girl from Kentucky is now charged as an adult for the murder of her step mom in September. Police arrested her along with her boyfriend after two days that the victim's body was found in her own home in Boyle County.

In an article published by CBS News, the culprit, Jenna Oakley is only 15 years old and her age didn't make the jury doubt to indict her for the crime of murdering her stepmom, Rhonda Oakley. She was arrested in New Mexico in September where the police also saw the stolen car she and her boyfriend, Kenneth Nigh took. The vehicle was owned by her late stepmother.

Nigh attempted to kill himself and was confined in the hospital for a month after he got arrested. The jury charged him with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was supposed to be a suspect in the murder of Rhonda Oakley, but no case was filed against him for that due to his medical condition.

The teenage girl's father, Philip Oakley, confessed that he hates her own daughter and that he is more worried about the people he needs to protect, excluding her. There are no reports on how the murder happened and not even the murder weapon used. According to People, her father also doesn't feel any remorse for what her daughter did and was even glad that she was caught.

There is no schedule for the 15-year-old's arraignment yet and there are no reports as to whether she has a lawyer to represent her. But it is not complicity to murder that Jenna has to face, she was also charged with theft, as she allegedly stole more than $10,000. She is now in a juvenile detention center.
