‘One Piece’ Chapter 844 Recap: Luffy Endured All Of Sanji’s Attacks Without A Fight, Did Sanji Crossed The Line?

"One Piece" Chapter 844 witnessed how Luffy was confident that Sanji was just putting up a stunt to push them away. Sanji seemed to be determined to defeat Luffy but Luffy just stayed still and did not give him the fight he asked for. This made Nami upset as she watched every blow coming from Sanji that Luffy had to bear.

"One Piece" Chapter 844 was just a short chapter that was entirely focused on the dramatic battle between Sanji and Luffy. The new chapter picked up where Sanji was disparaging Luffy and asking him and Nami to go away. However, Luffy made his stand and decided to stay.

"One Piece" Chapter 844 also saw how strong Sanji was as he gave out heavy blows towards Luffy. Nami was angered as Sanji did not stop his attacks even if Luffy made it clear that he is not fighting back. Nami then had to interfere and slapped Sanji on the face as she bid him farewell.

The Vinsmokes' carriage then arrived on "One Piece" Chapter 844 and Sanji had to leave with his family. However, before Sanji left, Luffy told him that what he did was not enough to make Luffy turn his back on him. Luffy also said that he knows Sanji was just lying and he was a terrible liar.

"I've never heard you say anything so fake and so forced," Luffy told Sanji. Additionally, "One Piece" Chapter 844 saw Luffy swearing that he will go on hunger strike until Sanji comes back and said he will not eat anything unless it comes from Sanji's hands. It remains to be seen whether Sanji can take the burden of letting his friend starve to death or will he ask his family to stop the carriage and come back.

"One Piece" Chapter 844 ended with Luffy making his final statement that he cannot become the Pirate King without Sanji. What do you think of "One Piece" Chapter 844? Let us know your thoughts after checking out a review of "One Piece" Chapter 844 in the video below.
