‘Grey’s Anatomy:’ Webber On Chopping Block; Arizona To Find Love Again [SPOILERS]

"Grey's Anatomy" will witness many things changing around. Will this include chopping of favorite characters? Dr. Webber is on the chopping block.

Dr. Minnick, as we all know is a double-board certified expert in teaching medicine. Minnick came to the hospital to observe the Grey Sloan residents after Catherine Avery suggested an overhaul of the hospital's teaching program to Bailey in "Grey's Anatomy."

It hardly took 5 seconds for Minnick to step on the attending surgeons' toes. All the doctors are now in the fear of losing their jobs in case they cannot adapt to her teaching techniques. The surgeons - both attending as well as the resident - are now apprehensive of whether they will be able to keep their jobs or not, reported TV Guide.

"Grey's Anatomy:" The Scene At Grey Sloan To Change

In case Minnick becomes a more permanent figure at Grey Sloan, things are going to change for good in "Grey's Anatomy." She is authoritative and doesn't want to share her superiority with others. This means that she doesn't want to co-chair the residency program with Webber. The final decision will be in the hands of Bailey. Webber, though initially resisted, finally admitted that Minnick had a good point of view. He also expressed his excitement to work with her.

Will Bailey axe her best friend for the sake of the hospital? Catherine had said earlier that the residency program needed changes. There were various incidents when the doctors could have been fired for misconduct in the past. To improve the image and pedigree of the hospital, the teaching methods have to be revamped. "Grey's Anatomy" will see major changes and measures to ensure that mistakes of their predecessors are not repeated, reported E! Online.

"Grey's Anatomy's" Arizona To Find Love Again

We all will be very happy if Arizona is happy in love again in "Grey's Anatomy." But what if she gets linked to everyone's enemy, Minnick?

Arizona spent much of the episode fretting over a list written by Eliza Minnick with names of every attending doctor. However, her name was not on the list. She confronted the interloper and wanted to know why this was so.

"I was just trying to learn everyone's name. Writing it down helps me remember," she told Arizona. "Arizona Robbins? That name attached to that face? No, that's not one you forget. Night," she continued with her flirt-on. We need to wait and watch as to what the actual deal is.
