While details may still be scarce on what's going to happen, we are to expect some new faces on "Stranger Things" Season 2. On October 14, 2016, Netflix announced "Stranger Things" Season 2 casting. According to Mirror, Dacre Montgomery, an Australian actor, will play the role of Billy, Max's charismatic and overly confident older brother. Billy has a bad reputation of stealing girlfriends from their boyfriends and has a hidden violent nature. It is rumored that he will be battling the demogorgon in "Stranger Things" Season 2.

Sadie Sink has been cast for the role of Max, a tough confident girl who has a complicated history and is generally suspicious of the people around her.

Netflix also revealed the titles of the nine episodes of "Stranger Things" Season 2: "Madmax," "The Boy Who Came Back To Life," "The Pumpkin Patch," "The Palace," "The Storm," "The Pollywog," "The Secret Cabin," "The Brain," and "The Lost Brother."

Based on The Hollywood Reporter, the episode titles are more revealing than you might think. When "Stranger Things" Season 2 teaser clip was released, it included nine terms that seemed to be episode titles. Sure enough, the Duffer brothers later confirmed that they were. Fans started posting theories online all based on the episode titles, and Matt said that "Some of the fan theories online are amazing. Most are wrong, but I've read a few that are right or very close."

The streaming giant has not issued a release date for "Stranger Things" Season 2 but it's likely to be shown on or before July 2017.
