Dell News & Update: Dell XPS 13 Kaby Lake Is The Best With Battery Which Can Last For 14 Hours! Find Out Here.

Dell XPS 13 Kaby Lake is considered the best thus far based on reviews. This is by far one of the best machines Dell came up with.

According to Laptop Mag, the latest version of Dell XPS 13 includes a faster, Intel 7th Generation Core Series Kaby Lake processor. The Dell XPS 13 also has better Wi-Fi performance and has new Rose Gold color option. Though these are considered enough for users to be amazed, this is not yet the best Dell XPS 13 has to offer.

The biggest update of Dell XPS 13 is the bigger and better 60-watt-hour battery. This is comparing it with the predecessor's 56-watt-hour battery.

The results turned out to be exceptionally impressive. The Dell XPS 13 with 7th Generation Core i5 CPU, 8GB of RAM, 256GB SSD and 1080p screen lasted for 13 hours and 49 minutes. The test included continuous web surfing using Wi-Fi and 100 nits of screen brightness.

The result of Dell XPS 13 is way better compared to 12-inch Macbook which was four hours longer. The HP Spectre went less than half of the latest Dell machine.

Also, during the battery test, the keyboard backlight was turned off on the Dell XPS 13. Next series of test on the machine will subject it to more challenges such as backlight on with the screen turned to its brightest setting.

As added by PC World, one of the added features of Dell XPS 13 is the added hardware support for 10-bit HEVC video and loads of other encoding and decoding features. Without the hardware support in the GPU, it only means that the CPU is doing all the work.

The Dell XPS 13 is considered one of the best, if not, the best laptop available. There is the InfinityEdge display for enhanced viewing, an extremely compact body and other noteworthy performance. Other laptops may soon overtake the performance of Dell XPS 13 but for now, it is considered ahead of the competition.
