‘The Vampire Diaries’ Season 8 Episode 3 Recap, Spoilers: Damon Kills Tyler? Bonnie Loses Enzo To Sybil; Alaric Saves The Day

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 Episode 3 just saw Damon bit Tyler Lockwood and fans did not see that coming. It remains to be seen whether or not Tyler can survive Damon's attack. Additionally, Enzo has flipped his humanity switch which endangered Bonnie's life.

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 Episode 3 followed Sybil as she tried to have Bonnie killed by Damon only to find out that Bonnie was also a special person in Damon's life. She discovered Damon and Bonnie's past and was not entertained by Bonnie being attached to two men. She pulled a trick on Bonnie and said that Enzo and Damon are going to fight to a death until Bonnie picks one to save.

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 Episode 3 then saw Bonnie choosing Enzo though it was not an easy decision for her. However, Sybil cannot kill Damon just like that so she changed the game and said that if Enzo will not turn off his humanity switch, both Bonnie and Enzo are going to die. Enzo cannot let this happen so he decided to flip his switch and asked for Bonnie to bring him back.

Now that Enzo has been driven to the bad side, Damon could freely kill Bonnie but Alaric saved the day with the tuning fork he discovered as a weapon against Sybil, Parent Herald reported. Damon was hit by Alaric's car while Alaric used the weapon to slow down the evil siren on "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 Episode 3. Caroline and Stefan then appeared, knocking Sybil and Enzo down.

For "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 Episode 3 twist, Damon and Tyler had an encounter wherein Tyler pulled the Elena card. However, little he knows that Damon is no longer affected by it. So, Tyler used a different approach on "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 Episode 3 and asked Damon to kill him so he could never forget his face, Entertainment Weekly reported.
