‘Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later’ Cast, News, Update: Three Important Scoops To Excite Fans; Check Details Inside

"Wet Hot American Summer" has been confirmed to hit production and more stars are being added to the list of casts. Fortunately, all main characters are set to return, including Janeane Garofalo who delighted fans with an interview where she talked about the comeback of "Wet Hot American Summer." Here are three things fans need to know about the upcoming Netflix' "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later."

First, "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later" will see the return of the entire original casts that include Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Amy Poehler, Ken Mariano and actress Garofalo. Christopher Meloni, of course, is also returning along with Molly Shannon, Marisa Ryan, Joe Lo Truglio, Zak Orth, Michael Ian Black, Michael Showalter and Marguerite Moreau. Just recently, Jai Courtney has signed on to be a love interest to actress Poehler while Kristen Wiig, Chris Pine, Lake Bell, Josh Charles, Samm Levine and Marlo Thomas are also joining the "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later" cast, Slashfilm reported.

"Wet Hot American Summer" star Garofalo also talked with FanSided about how it feels to work on the show again where she revealed that she has been in touch with the stars the whole time. "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later" for Garofalo is like a middle-aged reunion and she even acknowledged that she is one of the oldest stars in the series. Garofalo plays Beth's character on "Wet Hot American Summer," the camp director who is tasked to keep her campers in order.

Next, "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later" is expected to follow the lives of the main characters ten years after the events of the film "Wet Hot American Summer," CheatSheet reported. It can be recalled that the characters vowed to see each other again at the end of the movie and now, they come back to remain true to that promise. Additionally, David Wain, the director of the movie, is also set to return as the director of "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later."
