'Dance Moms' Season 7 LATEST Update: There May Be No Season 7 And Abby Lee Miller May Be Jailed For 5 Years!

Much talks have been circulating that "Dance Moms" Season 7 is cancelled because the star of the show, Abby Lee Miller will not be joining. Such news has brought disappointment to the avid followers of the show.

According to Health Aim, dance instructor and the star of the show, Abby Lee Miller continues to film the 9^th episode of "Dance Moms" Season 7. This is so in spite of several rumors that the pending lawsuits will impede her from hosting the show.

The "Dance Moms" Season 7 star is feared to be losing her company Abby Lee Dance Company because of her number of pending cases. There were several accusations faced by Abby Lee Miller from last year, which she pleaded guilty.

In spite of the guilty plead, the cases are still considered non executory as court hearing are put on hold. The reason for the "Dance Moms" Season 7 host's court hearings being on hold is because of conflict of schedule with government counsel. The hearing then has been moved to Jan. 2017.

For the fans of "Dance Moms" Season 7, there is no need to worry. Abby Lee Miller has been given clearance to travel and film the remaining episodes of the show. This is a relief for the avid followers who are usually mothers in strong support of pushing their children to do dance and get into performing arts.

As added by The Sun, the 49-year old Abby Lee Miller was charged back in 2015 with bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false declarations of bankruptcy. The host of "Dance Moms" Season 7 was also accused of hiding more than $755,000 US in earnings.

If convicted, Abby Lee Miller will serve five years of jail time and fine of $5 million US. Her team is working on the sentence to be lesser by 30 months as part of the bargain.

Whether or not Abby Lee Miller gets sentenced to serve jail time and give that much of a fine for accusations, the show is still going to happen. The show's Season 7 is going to continue to air with Abby Lee Miller as part of it.
