'Rick and Morty' Season 3 Update: Dan Harmon and Justin Roland Dished Out Details As To What Fans Could Expect

"Rick and Morty" fans are thrilled as some spoiler details were already announced in regards to their favorite show. Aside from the confirmation of "Rick and Morty" season 3, fans were also given hints as to what they can possibly expect from the upcoming season.

"Rick and Morty" is already confirmed to make a comeback for their third season. It was then revealed that the upcoming season's storyline is actually close to the ones speculated by viewers. Movie News Guide then added that the "Rick and Morty" makers themselves dished out the details of the upcoming season.

Dan Harmon and Justin Roland gave their fans a chance to ask them questions. It was mentioned that the "Rick and Morty" makers took on Reddit to give their fans a privilege to ask them anything. One of the questions that were thrown by one "Rick and Morty" fans asked the makers as to what their favorite fan theory is. Harmon then explained that they highly appreciate the fan theory on "Council of Ricks."

It was then added that the show-runners encouraged their fans to be more creative in coming up with their fan theories. Speculations emerged that "Rick and Morty" season 3 will be revolving around Rick's back story, with which, Harmon addressed.

"There will be some Rick back story in season 3 but it won't be quite what you'd expect when I say that and unfortunately that's all I can say," Harmon stated.

Aside from confirming some details in regards to "Rick and Morty" season 3, it was highlighted that Joel McHale will be having a cameo. Harmon teased that he will be reprising his former role.

"I'll tell you right now," Harmon teased. "Joel McHale is in a RAM season 3 episodes and me literally just came to this AMA from a record session with Keith David reprising his role as the U.S. President."
