Nokia D1C News: Tech Gian Confirmed Release Of Their First Android Powered Smart Phone; Powered With Snapdragon 430, 3GB RAM

Former tech giant, Nokia finally confirmed their return as it was reported that they are bound to release their latest gadget. Nokia will soon release their smartphone, Nokia D1C, which will be their first gadget after taking a long hiatus.

Nokia went through tough times over the past years wherein they eventually landed the company into the hands of Microsoft in 2014 for $7.2 billion. After Microsoft absorbed Nokia, the tech company took two years before its announcement of returning to the smartphone market with the new Nokia D1C next year.

During one of his speeches in 2015, Nokia CEO, Rajeev Suri hinted that the company would make a comeback. He then added that Nokia would possibly bounce back by 2016, but he did explain that they are not in a rush in terms of taking a plunge into the market.

"There's no timeline, there's no rush," Suri stated during a press event. It could happen in 2016, it could happen later. We want to be in a position to design the devices in question with appropriate control measures in case they don't meet expectations. The recognition of the brand is still very high in all the major markets we think it's a good business model."

In support of Suri's announcement, it was recently confirmed that Nokia will soon release their new Nokia D1C. Geekbench released a breakdown of the device, which was already five times by using the platform as it surprisingly gave out a positive result as it gave out a high total score.

Aside from the test results that were listed on Geekbench, the website also gave techies a glimpse of what the possible Nokia D1C  specs would be. Though it was not fully revealed yet, speculations already emerged that the upcoming Nokia smartphone would be powered by the high-end Snapdragon 820 chipset and waterproof.
