'Shokugeki No Soma' Chapter 191 Recap, 192 Spoilers: Soma Saves Hayama, Polar Star Dorm Gets Two New Residents, Who Will Get Expelled?

"Shokugeki No Soma" Chapter 191 has been released and the conclusion to the competition between Soma Yukihira and Akira Hayama is finally seen. After the food war, two new residents will reside in Polar Star Dorm and three friends of Soma will be expelled from the academy. Warning, the following content contains spoilers for "Shokugeki No Soma" chapter 191.

"Shokugeki No Soma" Chapter 191 starts with Yukihira Soma offering Akira Hayama the bear meat meal that he prepared. Once Hayama tastes the dish, he immediately understands how much passion and perseverance Soma has put into his dish. Hayam also comes to realize that he has lost his passion and has forgotten his motivation for cooking.

The sudden appearance of Hayama's mentor and senpai, Jun Shiomi startles him in "Shokugeki No Soma" Chapter 191. Shiomi proceeds to slap Hayama because he needs discipline. Jun Shiomi then says that she doesn't want Hayama to fight for their research anymore, instead what she wants is for Hayama to just enjoy cooking.

Soe Dono then proclaims Yukihira Soma as the winner for the bear meat battle in "Shokugeki No Soma" Chapter 191. Because of this win, Hayama and Shiomi have now become homeless, but Soma quickly tells them that they should just live at the Polar Star Dorm. Soma doesn't mind that Hayama has actually joined Central and claims in chapter 191 of "Shokugeki No Soma" that it's all water under the bridge.

Hayama then thanks Soma for saving him, most probably from being the pawn of Central and forgetting his love for cooking. Meanwhile, "Shokugeki No Soma" Chapter 191 also highlights the battle of Ikumi Mito versus Rindou, Isami Aldini and Hisaki Arato. Unfortunately, they have all lost their battles and are now expelled from the Totsuki Academy.

Spoilers for "Shokugeki No Soma" Chapter 192 may indicate that the students who refused to join Central will keep battling to regain their dependence. Who will Soma battle in a shokugeki for Chapter 192?
