The Duggars baby Joy-Anna Duggar is now officially a lady as she revealed her courtship relationship with her long-time friend. The Duggars' fans are excited over one big milestone in the life of another member of the "19 Kids and Counting" family.

Hollywood Life featured a video of one of the "19 Kids and Counting" star Joy-Anna Duggar as she announced her new relationship to the public. Joy-Anna, who is currently 19 years old announced that she has formally entered into a courtship relationship with her friend of 15 years.

The lucky guy is no less than her long-time friend Austin Forsyth. In their confession video, Austin talked about how he invited Joy-Anna into one of the spots where they spent a lot of time together. Joy-Anna added that the special spot was her favorite. It is where they used to watch stars with their friends.

The new exclusively-dating couple Austin Forsyth and Joy-Anna Duggar described their 15 years of friendship and the many memories thay have made together. They know each other very well and they are sure that what they have is special.

The announcement came about while TLC aired a special episode of "Counting On." The day was indeed a special and memorable one for the Duggar clan as another member of "19 Kids and Counting" family tied the knot and said "I do."

Jinger, Joy-Anna's older sister married her long-time boyfriend Jeremy in the episode entitled "Jinger's Wedding."
