Yale Study May Help Identify Treatments for People With Autism

Yale University is currently doing studies about how to treat autism with the right treatments. Pamela Ventola, an assistant professor in the said university, she has been working with different people, and they have been predicting it ever since, but they still don't know who will respond. To make things easier for them, they slowly developed a way to discover such treatment. Then, they decided to use the child's brain activity to attain a particular result. She also said that developing a cure for autism could lower down the cost of such treatment because treating autism is expensive. And also it wouldn't just lower down cost, but it could identify to what the specific treatment is needed to cure autism.

There are specific types of disorders about autism namely Autism Spectrum disorders - which are which are neurodevelopmental impairments which can be identified through how the child poorly interacts with other people in the community, the way how his/her words come out unclearly from his/her mouth and of course a clear manifestation of this is the way he/she behaves inappropriately in a particular environment or place with many strangers according to the article on CTPost ,.

Even though the results of this research are quite positive, they said that more research is needed to be accurate and prevent false hopes. But they were confident that if ever they can predict and measure the right outcome before they give the treatment, they can have a better forecast about it, and it will be a big help to everyone.

According to WebMD, early treatment of autism is the best way to deal with it. It is because when you can detect it earlier, you have a high chance of developing their full potential and make them a successful person in the future time. Because the primary purpose of the treatment is to make the child function as a normal child and make the child physically, mentally, spiritually and socially healthy at all times.

So if it happens that you know someone who is experiencing autism spectrum, better tell his/her parents that they should give him/her an early treatment to develop that kid's full potential and make him experience a happy and peaceful life he/she actually deserves.
