Jeremy Lin Injury News: Brooklyn Nets Head Coach Atkinson Gave Updates On JLin7’s Progress

The good and not-so-good news here for the fans of Jeremy Lin regarding their beloved athlete. The Brooklyn Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson took time for an interview to give updates on the health condition of JLin7. The starting point guard has been reportedly recuperating from his left hamstring injury, unfortunately, fans of "Linsanity" star will still miss JLin7's hard court performances as he will still remain to be sidelined as of this time.

Good news to the fans of Jeremy Lin as Brooklyn Nets coach Atkinson confirmed through an interview with the New York Post, that Jeremy Lin is well progressing with his physical condition. According to the coach, the Asian-American basketball star is on schedule with his recuperation process, cbssports reported.

However, the Brooklyn Nets head coach cannot predict the timetable for the fans to eventually see their beloved Jeremy Lin back on the hard court. Coach Atkinson admitted that he cannot mention the exact day for JLin7 to be seen playing with the Brooklyn Nets again.

That being said, Jeremy Lin will have to miss Brooklyn Nets' upcoming game with the Trail Blazers this Sunday, and possibly the other games lined up in the near future. Although JLin7's teammates and his fans have been anxiously desiring him to play again on the hard court, the update from head coach Atkinson seems to suggest a delay in Jeremy Lin's return.

As previously reported last week, the NBA star seems to be progressing well as reflected in his positive tweets on his official Twitter account. JLin7 was scheduled for re-evaluation last Wednesday, Nov. 16, but the starting point guard nor his team has not released any firm update on his left hamstring injury until the head coach spoke yesterday.

We will continue to closely monitor Jeremy Lin's health progress. Check out for our next news update on JLin7's injury soon!
