"Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 6 promises to be an exciting one. Word has it that the Green Meanie will finally be revealed. Is the villain Hester (Lea Michele) all along as fans speculate?

Entitled "Blood Drive, “Scream Queens” Season 2 Episode 6 will see Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Chanel (Emma Roberts) organize a blood drive for the C.U.R.E. Institute. Are they losing too much blood because of the murders?

And then, Nurse Hoffel’s (Kirstie Alley) revenge plans are slowly unfolding. This could mean that Nurse Hoffel is working with for the Green Meanie as she takes her revenge.

Now, we come to Hester's secret. After being confined at the C.U.R.E. Institutes basement, Hester finds a way to camouflage herself as one of the hospital staff, TV Line reports. Is this the first time or has she been tricking everyone all along?

It’s not new for “Scream Queens” to involve Hester in a murderous plot. Remember “Scream Queens” Season 1? So, has Lea Michele's shady character been staging the murders this season again?

Fans are divided about this speculation. “Scream Queens” Season 2 shows that Hester knows a lot about the Green Meanie. She’s provided a lot of clues about the villain's identity.

Here are some hints. The Green Meanie in “Scream Queens” Season 2 Episode 6 is someone that Hester knows in the past. It could also be someone who follows her footsteps as the Red Devil, too.

The Green Meanie is somehow different from the Red Devil, as theorized by Romper. But this doesn’t mean she didn’t mentor him or her, right?

Another probable suspect is Nurse Hoffel or even Dean Munsch. Yes, Dean Munsch may have been attacked by the Green Meanie, but it can also be that there are two of them.

Who do you think is the real villain? Find out in “Scream Queens” Season 2 Episode 6 as it airs on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 9 p.m. on FOX.
