The big revelation in this episode will be the revelation of the Green Meanie. Along with this, Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) is said to be finally acting on her revenge, TV Guide reports.

Also, another thing on the plate of the girls of "Scream Queens" is that Dr. Holt's (John Stamos) right hand is plotting a murder scheme. There are so many things happening around them that they may be in too much shock when they finally discover who the green villain is.

Speculations are going around that the Green Meanie may not be just one but two characters in the show. Fans are considering the events in Season 1 where there were two Red Devils.

Another theory is that Nurse Hoffel knows who the Green Meanie is all along. She's even helping it to succeed in his or her plans as a revenge to the C.U.R.E. Institute.
