‘One Piece’ Chapter 847 Recap: Big Mom Revealed She Holds Tamatebako; Solo Counter Attack Coming Up!

"One Piece" Chapter 847 saw a confrontation between Luffy and Big Mom wherein Big Mom spilled a couple of revelations. Luffy and Nami are safe for now as it seems that Big Mom will be keeping them as an insurance until Sanji and Pudding's marriage is done. Additionally, "One Piece" Chapter 847 hinted a solo counter attack that will happen in the next chapter.

"One Piece" Chapter 847 revealed that Big Mom now holds the Tamatebako which she obtained from the treasures that Luffy surrendered to her in Fishman Island. Tamatebako is the legendary treasure box of Fishman Island that is believed to have the power to make anyone grow older. Big Mom told Luffy and Nami that she will be opening the box during Sanji and Pudding's wedding.

"One Piece" Chapter 847 also explained why Big Mom was looking for Lola and it is not because she is concerned about her daughter. Big Mom apparently hates Lola for escaping the island and turning her back on Big Mom's planned marriage for her. Big Mom explained that if Lola just agreed to the marriage, then she might have defeated Kaido, Redhair and Whitebeard which will make her the Pirate King.

Luffy, of course, wanted to fight Big Mom but he and Nami are locked inside a prison cell so there is nothing he can do for now. However, "One Piece" Chapter 847 saw Luffy promised Big Mom that he will win their battle and go home with Sanji. Does Luffy have enough power and skills to take down Big Mom?

Elsewhere, Sanji is seen praying for Luffy and Nami to be safe on "One Piece" Chapter 847. In a different scene, Pedro successfully infiltrated the room of offerings to be the bait so Brook can get the Road to Poneglyph. "One Piece" Chapter 847 then ended with Brook saying that he would have to give a special concert first while a note says that a special counter attack is coming up soon.

"One Piece" Chapter 847, meanwhile, began with Carrot and Chopper inside the Mirror World. Chopper was thinking of freeing himself from the chains by transforming to Monster Point if necessary. Do you think Carrot and Chopper will finally be able to get out of the mirror?
