Samsung Galaxy S8 Specs & Features: Smartphone To Have Pressure Sensitive Display, 13MP Camera Minus Headphone Jack?

Samsung Galaxy S7 already has a predecessor which is the Samsung Galaxy S8 which has been making a buzz. Some of the features of the new Samsung Android smartphone also offers updated features.

In terms of performance, the Samsung Galaxy S8 have a 10 nm processor. It’s also expected to have a 835 Qualcomm Snapdragon with an Exynos 8898 processor. It’s also expected to run faster ter, at least 30 per cent faster with the current device. For the OS, the new smartphone is said to have a RAM of 6GB

When it comes to display, the Samsung Galaxy 8 is said to have a pressure-sensitive display which is already present in the iPhone 7. For the S8, similar or more advanced technology is also said to be featured in Samsung’s new flagship line. Specifically, it’s expected to have a 4k display.

Rumors have also been surfacing that the camera of the S8 is said to have an autofocus on its front camera. Additionally, the S8 is also expected to a new selfie camera with an encoder.

Specifically, the camera is set to have a 13MP rear camera for the S8 and a 12 MP for the other S8 models in the future. The Samsung Galaxy J2 camera features will also be applied in the S8.

In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S8 is said to have no headphone jack and even deviate from its standard home button design. Rumors are surfacing that these will be moved on the on-screen of the new smartphone, as reported by Yahoo.

When it comes to performance, the battery of the Samsung Galaxy S8 edge runs in 4200mAh battery. Extra features also include a mini projector, a scanner for the iris, and even a scanner for the fingerprint onscreen.

It’s expected to be released early this 2017. Nonetheless, there are still no prices released for the new Samsung smartphone, Tech Radar reports.
