Torn between buying the PS4 or the PS4 Pro? Here are some of the points and experiences one should consider before purchasing.

The PS4 Pro has just been released and PlayStation fans can now see the difference between the two. The first comparison is the 4K high and low in the PS4 Pro and the 1080p in the PS4.

"Final Fantasy 15" was used as a test game for the two PlayStations. It’s evident that when compared, PS4 Pro vs the PS4 in terms of resolution, the PS4 Pro wins. It has a high and low 4K resolution compared to the basic resolution of the PS4.

When it comes to appearance, the PS4 Pro has an additional console layer, making it three layers as compared to the PS4 which has only two. Therefore, the Pro is slightly bigger, but still with close or similar height, Trusted Reviews report.

The connection options of the PS4 Pro and PS4 are almost the same. Though the Pro has an additional USB 3.0 port, which is a useful add-on especially for those who what to hook it with their PlayStation VR.

Also, the PS4 Pro also includes output to achieve optical audio in its back. Their most evident difference is that an HDMI 1.4 port is present in the PS4 while an upgraded port to HDMI 2.0 is present in the PS4 Pro.

The downside of the PS4 Pro is that it does not have Ultra HD Blu-ray that Sony enthusiasts were expecting. Though there’s still a possibility for an upgrade as the Pro is still in its early stage, as reported by Tech Radar.

The most important aspect is the performance. The PS4 Pro already has better visuals compared to its predecessor. In terms of streaming, the two consoles can stream from Netflix with accompanying resolutions.

All in all, the PS4 Pro seems to win when it comes to performance, components, controls, and additional apps. Do you agree? Share your PlayStaytion experience with us!
