'Nocturnal Animals' LATEST Review: Only Critique Of The Movie Is It Being Too Beautiful. Know The Reason Why Here.

Second directorial masterpiece of fashion designer, Tom Ford, the movie "Nocturnal Animals" is one to watch out for. It has already won positive reviews in 2016 Venice Film Festival which includes scooping the Grand Jury Prize.

According to Marie Claire, director Tom Ford took on dual role as screenwriter and director for the movie "Nocturnal Anmals." The movie is adapted from the novel Tony and Susan. The movie continues on by Susan played by Amy Adams unravelling after her ex-husband Tony played by Jake Gylenhaal sends her a book he has written for which she interprets as a threat.

The pair haven't seen each other for almost 20 years but then Tony still wrote a book dedicated to her enstranged wife. The split was decribed by Amy Adams as creepy and brutal because she did something horrible to her ex-husband.

From the movie "Nocturnal Animals," Susan's role is described as autobiographical. From the character's portrayal and how the movie panned and progressed, many have given beautiful as a collective comment.

The "Nocturnal Animals" were somehow patterned after that of Alfred Hitchcock. However, Tom Ford, the director said that he is not entirely comparing himself to Hitchcock but will continue to use him as an inspiration in his other upcoming movies to write and direct.

Tom Ford reportedly has spent weeks on the ladies' hair and make up, look and clothes. In the "Nocturnal Animal's" case the hard, manufactured and glamorous life is part of the story. Every look, every hair has to be in place to be on point with how the movie and its characters have to be viewed.

As added by Movie Insider, "Nocturnal Animals" is a movie considered to be a story within a story. The first part is following Susan who receives a manuscript from an ex-husband. The second part is the actual manuscript entitled "Nocturnal Animals."

The second part of the story inside a story of "Nocturnal Animals" revolves around a man whose family vacation turns to a violent and deadly turn. It then continues to follow Susan who finds herself recalling what happened to her first marriage which paved the way to confront evil truths about herself.
