'Game Of Thrones' Season 7 Updates, Cast: Reveal Says Dark Winter Will Be Painful For George R.R. Martin Fans?

"Game Of Thrones" Season 7 cast revelations indicate that George R.R. Martin fans are in for a heartbreak in S7. HBO's ongoing adaptation of "A Song Of Ice And Fire" saga by GRRM will seem to align closer to the original plan that the "Game Of Thrones" creator laid out for his ASOIF characters.

This article contains spoilers on "Game Of Thrones." Continue only if willing to preview details on the "Game Of Thrones" series by HBO.

The Daily Mail cites revelation by Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy) in a Q&A session at Watchers On The Wall that "Game Of Thrones" Season 7 will not only fly in more dragons. According to the GOT star, Season 7 will also dish more tortures to its already beleaguered characters.

Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) and Euron Greyjoy (Pilou Asbæk) may be thought the default culprits for such acts. "Game Of Thrones" fans must not forget, however, that favorites Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) and Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) have also proven themselves quite capable of serving up their own brand of cruelty.

"Game Of Thrones" stars have in fact warned that Season 7 will show that the public darlings of House Stark and House Targaryen may have grown more cynical and slightly more vengeful because of their past tribulations. Fans of the HBO series may be required to realign their own loyalties when Winter comes.

The Metro cites tease by Sophie Turner on The Wrap that "Game Of Thrones" Season 7 will not be smelling roses between Sansa Stark and Jon Snow. According to Sophie Turner, Sansa Stark will have more than a few frustrations because of Jon Snow.

So much so that the kingship of Jon Snow may actually be unwelcome to Sansa Stark. According to Sophie Turner, all Sansa Stark wants is to have Jon Snow value her words and opinion. However, Sophie Turner strongly hinted that Sansa Stark will eventually want to be a sole ruler as Queen Of The North.

HBO will air "Game Of Thrones" Season 7 in the summer of 2017. Are you ready to go into the darkest "Game Of Thrones" season yet?
