It is inspiring for a movie as "Hidden Figures" to be shown on Jan. 6. It is definitely a perfect way to start the year 2017. The movie proves that nothing can stop anyone to achieve greater heights in life. Not even gender or even skin color. When there are times skin color matter, this movie wakes everyone up and makes a great realization that nothing can hamper anyone.

If one dreams and believes and works hard to achieve it, chances are accolades will soon follow and the rest of the world will take notice. "Hidden Figures" is a movie expected to touch the inner sensibilities of everyone, especially in terms of self-worth and self-appreciation.

According to Movie Insider, "Hidden Figures" is the story of Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan and Mary Jackson. These are extra-ordinary women working for NASA who were responsible for one of the greatest operations in history. It is for the launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit.

This achievement showcased in the movie "Hidden Figures" restored the nation's confidence and turned around the space race. The trio surpassed all biases- gender and race lines, to inspire everyone to dream big and work hard to achieve their highest of aspirations.

As added by IMDb, "Hidden Figures" is also a collaboration of brilliant and exceptional Black-American figures in entertainment. Pharrell Williams also oversaw all of the movie's musical elements and soundtrack.

The movie "Hidden Figures" also had the chance to reunite two of greatest Hollywood greats, Octavia Spencer and Kevin Costner. Both appeared together back in 2014 as they did the movie "Black and White."

A must-watch movie. It is indeed inspiring. It is inspiring to see veterans Taraji P. Henson and Octavia Spencer bringing their exemplary talent on the table. However, there is also a newcomer, "Yoga" singer Jannelle Monae showcasing her acting chops.
