'Dishonored' 2 Will Launch A Free DLC; A Feature Called New Game Plus Is Confirmed; 2nd DLC To Announce?

Bethesda Softworks has something for all the "Dishonored" 2 fans around the world, as the New Game+ is about to arrive. The new feature will bring a massive update for the all new "Dishonored" 2.

According to the Polygon, Bethesda Softworks will be releasing a new game mode, the New Game Plus. It was reported that the New Game Plus will feature the combined powers of the protagonists available on the game as players make their way through playing for the 2nd time after beating the game.

"Dishonored" 2 New Game+ can be unlocked, by finishing the whole game with either Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin. The New Game+ will be bringing the game to a more difficult level, high difficulty in all aspects such as higher hit points for the enemies along with a higher awareness.

"Dishonored" 2 New Game Plus has an interesting part. On the 2nd playthrough, player would retain the bone charms and runes that they already have on the previous game, what is more exciting is that players would have the chance to reassign their abilities and skills at the start of the New Game Plus, while they can still choose between the two protagonists.

As per the Kotaku, the New Game Plus is a a free game update for all the platforms. It was also confirmed that the "Dishonored" 2 New Game+ is just one of the two free updates for the game, this means there is another game update coming.

"Dishonored" 2 New Game+ along with some fix and updates will hit the stage on December 19th. The update will be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. A confirmed report said that Arkane already released a beta version of the update, but it was only available on PC platform.

We may remember that the previous "Dishonored" title received a couple of DLC, which brought the game to top of the ladder. The first installment got a very high score until the arrival of the "Dishonored" 2. "Dishonored" 2 already received an award in the recent Game Awards 2016 as the Best Action Game of the Year.
