MOVIE REVIEW: 'Spectral' After Its Nationwide Release Is Described As Rock Solid And Enjoyable!

The sci-fi movie "Spectral" recently had its release early this month. It had mixed reviews before its official screening with some critics thinking it is well made and impressive while some think that its best not to expect too much. After two weeks of release, what exactly did moviegoers think about this flick?

According to IMDb, the movie "Spectral" is one that talks about a story centered on special ops-team that is dispatched to fight supernatural beings. With the movie having the tagline "A Supernatural Encounters of the Third Kind," mostly the movie garnered good reviews from those who watched it.

The reviews for the movie "Spectral" may not be as good as "La La Land" which stars Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, but it did have rather satisfactory ones. One review by Joe Bruno said that it is best not to expect too much and there will be no disappointments.

He continued saying that the writing of the movie "Spectral" is borderline unforgivingly bad. He said that more than few parts ripped right out of other movies. He suggested that if one is bored and want to shut the brain for 110 minutes, then the movie is good to watch especially for its effects.

Not the most encouraging of reviews, but at least the effects were praised. He said that movie's strong points are its effects. It has a lot of eye candy, aptly compared to a video game.

As added by Rotten Tomatoes, it garnered 80 percent rating. It has an average of 5.5 points out of 10, with 51 percent of the audience liking it.
