“ filmStar Wars: Rogue One” is one of the most anticipated films in 2016. That’s why it’s not a surprise that the film topped the box office pushing “Sing” on the second spot.

For those who haven’t seen the film, “Rogue One” is a standalone film. It’s about the stolen blueprint of the Death Star and bounty hunters who are after the said plan. The antagonist of the film is Moff, played Ben Mendelsohn.

Certainly, many fans of the anthology were unsure of the film involving the bounty hunters. However, it became clearer when it was revealed that the plans of the Death Star were stolen, Cinema Blend reports.

On the second spot is the film “Sing” which debited $56 million. The film is a musical animation film. The animals are set to sing some of the favorite pop songs this year.
