'Thor 3 Ragnarok' New Character Teased; Natalie Portman Returning?

"Thor 3 Ragnarok" updates never fail to excite fans of the upcoming flick. When it was previously suggested that the third installment will be a crucial piece in the MCU phase 3, no one was really sure what events will transpire in the new movie. However, now that filming has already begun and details have started to unfold, fans are starting to learn how "Thor 3" will have a pivotal part.

For starters, it has been confirmed that "Thor 3 Ragnarok" will also star Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Previous reports have already leaked some information suggesting that both Thor and The Hulk will have a costume overhaul that includes a gladiator-style armor.

Recent reports are now claiming that "Thor 3 Ragnarok" will actually be based on some events of "Planet Hulk," where Hulk and Thor will reportedly fight for the Grandmaster's amusement. Reports have confirmed that actor Jeff Goldblum will play the character, while Cate Blanchett has been casted as the movie's main villain, Hela.

Director Taika Waitit has recently posted a photo on his Instagram account and it seems to suggest the addition of another crucial "Planet Hulk" character in the movie. As Cinema Blend noted, stone giant Korg who is well known to be an ally of Hulk's could be another interesting addition to the star-studded cast.

"Thor 3 Ragnarok" will see the return of mainstays Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins and Idris Elba. No word has been given about Natalie Portman's return as Jane Foster.

"Thor 3 Ragnarok" is slated for a November 3, 2017 premiere.
