‘Justice League 2’ Release Date News: Can Fans Still Expect A Second Sequel? Director Busy With Two Other Films

Apologies as this report will drag your anticipation for the much-awaited movie "Justice League 2." The release date for "Justice League 2" will be further delayed as director Zack Snyder needs to prioritize his other movies. Can fans still expect a second sequel?

"Justice League 2" director Zack Snyder has recently announced the postponement of the filming of the said movie. The director admitted that he needed to finish the "Batman" solo movie of Ben Affleck first, prior to doing the "Justice League 2." However, director Zack Snyder also made a promise that he will finish the "Justice League 2," the Hollywood Reporter noted.

Unfortunately, aside from prioritizing the "Batman" solo movie of Ben Affleck, Zack Snyder is also busy on creating the thriller movie "The Last Photograph." The latter has been a project of Snyder since early 2000s, following the release of "300." Filming has been interrupted with problems on rights acquisitions. Tipsters claimed that Snyder plans to revise the story and sell it to Warner Bros. If this pushes through, filming for "The Last Photograph" would begin next year.

"The Last Photograph" is a movie about a war correspondent in Afghanistan, a sole survivor from the attack of the Americans. The sole survivor gets hope when he met a special ops soldier, who was looking for a family member. The two partnered in their pursuit to trace back their lives, hoping to find another survivor from their family.

Meanwhile, another heart-breaking news came out regarding "Justice League." TrailerTrack took to its official Twitter account an announcement saying the trailer for "Justice League" will not be released with "Rogue One" this week. The tweet also mentioned that the trailer may not likely come out until early next year. As previously reported, the new trailer for "Justice League" is expected to come out in January 2017.

"Justice League" is set to premiere on Nov. 17, 2017 while "Justice League 2" is expected to come out on June 14, 2019, Movie News Guide noted.
