Daughter cheers on mom

KP Pound shared videos on her Instagram, showing her fitness sessions with her daughter earlier this week. In the clips, you will see her daughter cheering her on during sweat sessions.

The 25-year-old mom shared her conversation with her child. A few weeks ago, she explained to her daughter that there are times when she has a difficulties working out. Her daughter offered to be her trainer to inspire her. Admittedly, she was able to make it through with the help of Kynsley, who has been true to her words.

The little girl rides her bike alongside her running mother in the first clip. The daughter keeps cheering on her mom, saying that she could do it. She pushes her mom to keep running while telling her to keep up with the good work.

The Vero Beach Beachbody coach is doing floor exercises in the next video. With a resistance band around her feet while in a side plank, the mom touches her left elbow to her left knee. In the video, Kynsley says that her mom got it and advises her mom to keep up the good work. Finally, she reminds her mom never to give up and to get herself up and moving.

In the third clip, Kynsley is still present to cheer on her mom, who is sweating it out in the garage. With sweet words, she tells her mom that she loves her while reminding her to keep up the good work.

How it all started

Pound shared with TODAY how her daughter became her trainer. She said that it happened one day when she told Kynsley that she is not working out that day. After hearing that her mom is not motivated to exercise, the little girl said that she would be her trainer. Pound jokingly said that there are no days off with her strict trainer.

Pound shared that she was a former D1 collegiate athlete. She also shared that her fitness has also been a part of her daughter's life since she had her daughter in college. Her child would come with her during basketball practices and weigh-in sessions at 5:30 in the morning.

Recently, Pound became a trainer and focused on cardio and weight exercises. She explained that she typically could do her workouts in the garage with Kynsley. She is amazed by the response of people in her videos. She is touched by people calling her daughter a "world changer" even without knowing her personally.
