So what happened is that Safar's cousin and nephew dressed up in a giant, inflatable baby costumes, stepped into a boxing ring, and fought it out. When the giant baby boy knocked down the giant baby girl, it was clear that Safar was having a baby boy.

Safar shared that the idea came from her and her cousins, Candice and Kassab, brainstorming. She said that they saw the inflatable babies online, and they thought it would be fun to have them in a boxing match to show which sperm won the fight to get into the egg.
