Charlie Sheen Upset at Denise Richards After Their Daughter Joins OnlyFans

Charlie Sheen believes Denise Richards, his ex-wife, should be blamed for the recent shocking decisions of their daughter, Sami Sheen, who has created an account at OnlyFans, an adults-only subscription site popular with sexy models, actresses, as well as sex workers.

Sami, who recently turned 18 years old, joined OnlyFans soon after moving back in with her mom. Charlie exclusively told Page Six that he would not have condoned Sami's choice had she been living under his roof.

Conceding that he could not do anything anymore, Charlie said that he urged Sami to "keep it classy, creative" after his daughter announced her OnlyFans link on her Instagram.

She's 18 and Making Her Own Choices

On the other hand, Sami's mother posted on her daughter's Instagram announcement that she will always support her and have her back. Denise then released a statement via Us Weekly and said that her daughter is 18 years old and could make her own choices.

The mother defended herself from her ex-husband's accusations by citing that Sami didn't choose to join OnlyFans "based on whose house she lives in." At this point, Richards said that she has to trust her daughter's judgment.

The move comes just months after Sami reunited with Denise after feuding with her in 2021. Sami claimed that Denise ran a strict household where she was "trapped" in an "abusive" environment. Denise said, at that time, that she only wanted to give her daughter some structure because she often stayed out late with her friends while forgetting about her obligations in school.

Sami moved to her father's house for some time. Denise said there are different rules in her ex-husband's home, but she expected Charlie to impose boundaries with their eldest daughter. The ex-couple also has another daughter, Lola Rose Sheen. They divorced in 2006 after a four-year marriage.

Sources close to Charlie said his daughters adore him despite his estranged relationship with their mom. The source also said that, as a dad, Charlie is strict but fair to his kids.

But by March 2022, the tension between Denise and her daughter seemed to have simmered down after the actress posted an 18th birthday greeting for Sami on her Instagram. Sami reciprocated by posting a Mother's Day greeting for Denise in May and said she's grateful to have her mom in her life.

However, Charlie's reaction to Sami's decision received criticism from netizens who said the father was a hypocrite. According to Daily Mail, some commenters on Twitter pointed out that Charlie watched pornography when his kids were staying at his house.

Netizens also said that this was his karma for how he treated women. Some Twitter users also defended Denise by saying it's not entirely her fault as Charlie failed as a father. They noted that Sami's decision showed she didn't have proper guidance from the adults when she was growing up.
