Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce: Estranged Couple Split Parenting Duties

Last June, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced that they decided to get a divorce. Although the celebrity couple called it quits, the "Batman V. Superman" actor recently revealed to "CBS This Morning" that they are still doing everything they can to put their children first.

It seems that the estranged couple is handling their parenting responsibilities fairly. On Saturday, Ben took their second child, Seraphina, to watch a movie while the "Alias" star hit the gym, according to X17.

On Sunday, the "Miracles From Heaven" actress was spotted with Seraphina at a Los Angeles farmer's market. The two were clearly spending quality time together while Affleck was out of sight.

The divorce process doesn't seem like it's getting in the middle of their parenting obligations. Needless to say, the recent removal of Affleck's stuff from the estranged couple's $45 million mansion, at California's Pacific Palisades, hasn't affected his relationship with his children as well.

It was last year when Affleck and Garner confirmed that they are planning to end their 10-year-marriage. After the announcement, the former couple remained good friends for the sake of their children: Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4.

Since the split, both stars have remained mum about the true reason for the split. However, the "Elektra" star broke her silence for the cover of Vanity Fair via US Weekly. The actress addressed the issue, including the nanny scandal to Ricky Gervais' Golden Globes moment when he branded Affleck as "unfaithful."

"I laughed. People have pain - they do regrettable things, they feel shame, and shame equals pain," Garner told the magazine at that time. "No one needs to hate him for me. I don't hate him. Certainly we don't have to beat the guy up."

Affleck and Garner were last seen together on Easter Sunday, as per Mail Online. The estranged couple put their differences aside to celebrate the Easter with their kids.
