Jenelle Evans' babysitter was arrested for drug possession. Tori Ryne was caught with marijuana and cocaine after the police called her to stop.

Radar Online mentioned that the "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is caught in a sticky situation. Jenelle Evans' best friend and babysitter, Tori Ryne was caught with marijuana, cocaine and other drug paraphernalia. The incident took place on April 13 within Wilmington, North Carolina. Her Ford was pulled over by the cops and upon searching her vehicle, the illegal substances were found.

Jenelle Evans entrusted her son, Kaiser with Tori on several occasions. She would usually leave Kaiser with Tori when she goes out of town or on a shoot. Jenelle Evans once left her son with her babysitter when she went to a getaway with her boyfriend, David Eason. Though she thought her son was in good hands, her baby daddy Nathan Griffith called CPS to report the incident.

"They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left," a source told Radar. "CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine."

Jenelle Evans stood victorious in terms of the legal lawsuit that was filed against her. She was proven not guilty for assaulting her baby daddy's current girlfriend. According to Hollywood Gossip, she may have won her recent trail, but Jenelle Evans may lose the custody of her son due to the babysitter incident.

The "Teen Mom 2" star might have a hard time in proving that she is fit to look after Keiser. Jenelle Evans entrusted her son with Tori. The babysitter was caught with more than one ounce of pot, which sparked rumors that she was selling them.

Jenelle Evans claimed that she is already clean and sober. Contrary to her claims however, it was reported that she was drunk during the MTV Movie Awards.
