Johnny Depp Divorce Update: Amber Heard Has Medical Proof Regarding the Alleged Assault, What's Next?

Following the divorce of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, it was previously reported that Heard is possibly faking the claimed that Johnny Depp is an abusive husband. As of the latest update, it was revealed that Amber Heard claims that she has medical proof that Johnny Depp did assault her during their time together.

Less than a year and a half that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard tied the knot, the ex-couple is already on their road to divorce. The divorce news broke out where it was pointed out that Johnny Depp was being abusive up to a point that he physically abused his wife according to allegations.

News from TMZ emerged stating that Amber Heard actually has proof that she was, in fact, abused by Johnny Depp. It was mentioned that she was able to get a hold of old photographs from 2014, wherein she was holding pills. It was then mentioned that is was based on a reference to medical records against domestic violence.

It was then added that Amber Heard was able to get a hold of audio tape recording and several video clips about her interaction with Johnny Depp. In addition to her proof, Amber Heard's witness list includes her friends Raquel Pennington and her boyfriend, Joshua Drew. Both witnesses are said to be present at the time of the assault, thus they were asked to witness for her.

As for Johnny Depp on the other hand, his list has 23 people, including their security guard, housekeeper, and even police officers. IBT then added that Johnny Depp also has his ace as he has a photo to prove his innocence.

"For privacy reasons," Johhny Depp's legal docs stated as per TMZ's exclusive report. This exhibit is being served on petitioners [Amber and team] and will be supplied to the court at the time of hearing."
