'My Name is Idiot': A Story of a 4 Year Old Girl Who Went Through Horrific Abuse

A 4 year old girl was badly beaten when the authorities found her. Upon their rescue, they were heartbroken upon hearing the words, "My Name is Idiot," when they asked for the little girl's little name.

Police officers responded to a call for a rescue mission as they were tasked to save a 4 year old girl who was badly beaten by her parents. The employees from Cooper-Anthony Mercy Child Advocacy Center asked for help to have the girl rescued. According to the reports, the girl was saved by the police as her mother and her mother's boyfriend were arrested. The police managed to gather substantial evidence which pointed out that the girl was in fact abused.

The Sentinel Record released a report where it was mentioned that the girl called herself "idiot" as she doesn't seem to respond who her real name is. When the authorities from the Hot Springs asked what her name is, she answered "idiot."

Another witness who is also a minor stated that the little girl with abusive parents would sometimes be tied up and would repeatedly be called idiot instead of her real name. Her mother, Jennifer Diane Denen and her live-in boyfriend, Clarence Eugene Reed were arrested by the authorities for abusing a minor, and endangering the welfare of a minor. Both Jennifer and Clarence were subjected to six years in prison.

The child's mother then admitted that she is fully aware that her boyfriend would abuse her child, but noted that she has not sought for medical care ever since. The mother then added that she and her boyfriend did call the girl "idiot." She then added that calling her daughter idiot was only a joke.

As of the latest update from CNN, it was noted that the girl is currently under state custody as her physically wounds are being attended to. Her physical scars may take a few months to diminish, but her psychological state may take a while to recover.
