Let's start with the price, the Playstation 4 Pro's market price is $399. Microsoft's Xbox One S is obviously cheaper with a price of $299 per package. Though Xbox S One varies its price depending on its package, based on the most cheapest package, Xbox One S more budget-friendly.

Both consoles are running an 8-core AMD Jaguar Processor with 8Gb RAM. The Difference is XB One S is only using DDR3 compared to PS4 Pro which is using a more powerful DDR5 as per IGN.

According to Forbes, both XBox One S and Playstation 4 Pro are capable of running 4K resolution and HDR technology. But then what is more important is that Xbox One S is the only console with a built-in Ultra-HD Blu-Ray player. This means consumers can watch 4K movies using the Xbox One S, better than PS4 Pro where consumers would need to buy a separate Ultra-HD Blu-Ray player.

In a review made by the Gamer Zone, PS4 Pro is more powerful than XB One S when it comes to game rendering. With a 4.2 TeraFlops of a GPU, the PS4 Pro owns the XB Ones S which is only running an AMD Radeon at 914 Ghz. This seems to be the only advantage of the PS4 Pro against Microsoft Xbox One S.

As per Gospel Herald, the Xbox One S is way better than Playstation 4 Pro overall. And for those who haven't bought the Playstation 4 Pro, it is advisable to wait for the release of the Xbox One Scorpio this 2017.
