NBA Trade Rumors:New York Knicks Acquiring Cleveland Cavaliers' Iman Shumpert? Carmelo Anthony And Derrick Rose Welcome The Cavs' Shooting Guard?

Iman Shumpert is becoming a regular in the NBA trade rumor mills. Reports have it that the Cleveland Cavaliers is considering in trading him after his alleged DUI charges. However, Shumpert is lucky because New York Knicks is interested in acquiring him.

Parent Herald previously reported that Cleveland Cavaliers and Memphis Grizzlies are on a trade involving Iman Shumpert, Vince Carter and Brandan Wright. However, there was no progress about the rumored NBA trade.

On a separate report, some sources claim that the two NBA title contenders Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers are in a trade talk involving Iman Shumpert and Andre Iguodala. Reports have it that the two teams will swap their players.

However, many are not convinced with the Andre Iguodala and Iman Shumpert swap. The Golden State Warriors' player is the NBA Finals MVP in 2015 and is an NBA All-Star. Iguodala is also more versatile than the Cavs' asset because he can play both the shooting guard and small forward positions. Meanwhile, Shumpert was never an NBA All-Star and only plays one position.

Despite this, another team in the NBA league is willing to give Iman Shumpert a new home court. According to Gospel Herald, New York Knicks is working on a deal involving Shumpert and it should be finalized soon. Many are excited to see how Shumpert could help Derrick Rose and Carmelo Anthony progress in the playoffs.

The report added that Carmelo Anthony and Derrick Rose are happy to work with Iman Shumpert. Both players are excited for the new addition to the Lakers.

Meanwhile, it seems that New York Knicks is supportive of the NBA players with alleged cases. Reports have it that one of the reasons Chicago Bulls don't regret letting go of Derrick Rose is because of his alleged sex assault case. Knicks is aware of this and they still absorb Rose.

On a side note, Iman Shumpert is facing an alleged DUI charges, which makes Cleveland Cavaliers reconsider if they are keeping him or not and New York Knicks is here again to give Shumpert a new home. Derrick Rose told New York Post that he is feeling a lot of love in New York.
