'Pitch Perfect 3' Latest News & Updates: BeChloe LGBT Relationship To Finally Happen For The Fans?

Could fans of "Pitch Perfect 3" finally get a story on BeChloe? The name is derivative of Beca (Anna Kendrick) and Chloe (Brittany Snow), the films two main characters whose fans have been rooting to get together in an LGBT relationship.

The BeChloe phenomenon has been brewing since the first "Pitch Perfect" film released in 2012 and there have been a lot of fan fiction dedicated to the characters falling in love with each other. It looks like the people behind the movie might finally give what the fans want.

Anna Kendrick supposedly talked about making "Pitch Perfect 3" all about the fans' wishes. In a printed magazine interview, as shared on Tumblr, the "Pitch Perfect" star related how the third film is going to be for the hardcore fans.

"Making a movie for the fans is not always a great strategy," Kendrick said. "But these hardcore fans are really, really smart," she added. The "Pitch Perfect" star's pronouncements have led fans to believe she's talking about finally putting a BeChloe storyline in the movie despite no official word from the studio.

Anna Kendrick also said that she's not certain if "Pitch Perfect 3" will be the last of the franchise, in the same way that she's not sure if the rest of the cast and crew are willing to do more after the third installment. However, working on the movies has been great for the actress so far. "I would have been really stressed about it if there wasn't so much love for what we're doing," Kendrick said, according to TV 3.

Meanwhile, production for "Pitch Perfect 3" has yet to begin as the film has been marred with delays. Initially planned for a summer 2017 release, the musical is expected to run in theaters during the holidays next year. The movie has made changes with its director as Elizabeth Banks, who still serves as producer, dropped out due to parenting obligations. Trish Sie has taken over the director's chair, Variety reports.
