'Friday The 13th: The Game' Characters, Latest News: Meet The Counselors Of Camp Crystal Lake

Much has been teased about the mask-totting psychopath killer, Jason Vorhees, in the upcoming Gun Media game, "Friday The 13th: The Game." However, little is known about the other "Friday The 13th: The Game" characters--the Camp Crystal Lake Counselors.

YouTube vlogger CharminEXSoft Gaming interviewed "Friday The 13th: The Game" co-creator Wes Keltner. During the interview, bits of details were revealed the other "Friday The 13th: The Game" characters.

The vlogger has confirmed that there will be a total of 10 counselors, all without bearing a proper name. Each of them will be labeled as archetypes which will influence their statistics, skills, strengths and weaknesses.

Of the 10, eight were reportedly confirmed. Gun Media also teased through official "Friday The 13th: The Game" Twitter and the released images of the several counselors.

First, there is the jock. Like any other jocks, it is expected that the character will have a strength and speed advantage. Although, CharminEXSoft Gaming said that the "Friday The 13th: The Game"
character could be low in stealth.

Then, there is the Edgy Guy. No details were released regarding his stats, except for descriptions like tough and down-to-earth. The same goes for Athletic Girl as her "Friday The 13th: The Game" Twitter image was captioned with "Red track suit, so 80s."

Meanwhile, Preppy Guy had a quoted description that says "Every girl likes a sharp dressed man even if he's a little bit douchey." As for Bookish Girl, she was described to be studious and small-framed, making her proficient in staying away from Jason in "Friday The 13th: The Game" .

Head counselor in "Friday The 13th: The Game" was reported to be someone every player will need in the game. He is a natural-born leader with a great composure, even during times of distress. Then, there is Nerdy Guy. In a Kickstarter video by Gun Media, he was described to be like someone who figures out how to make a phone work to call 911.

Finally, there is Girl Next Door who is, presumably, designed after Chris of "Friday the 13th" part 3. Also in another Kickstarter video long time ago, Ronnie Hobbs described her as a girl hero that everyone likes.

Rumor is she may possibly be able to kill Jason more often, however, there is really no confirmation on that. No one really exactly knows how to kill Jason in "Friday The 13th: The Game"

Parent Herald previously reported that "Friday the 13th: The Game" can be considered as the most violent video game ever. Testifying to that was a trailer video released at PAX West, showcasing Jason's brutal and bloody killing moves.
